When a booking form is completed and returned to us we print the booking form off and keep it in a folder at the business address. The email trail is saved in our email system if a booking has been made. Otherwise contact form emails are deleted. Invoices, contract and contact data will be retained for a maximum period of 5 years following the date of initial contact.
What rights you have over your data
You may request a copy of any data we store about you and we will comply with any requests as per the guidance of the Information Commissioner’s Office. Under GDPR all clients will have the right to request that your personal data is deleted or removed from the files, known as your Right of Erasure. If you would like us to do this then just contact us. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. We will seek consent prior to taking any pictures during a booking so that they can be used on the website or on Lisa Simms Bridal Hair and Makeup’s social media accounts. If a person wishes for an image to be removed, please inform us.
